Sydney’s Northlane are thrilled to announce their first UK headline tour this October with support coming from Volumes, The Acacia Strain and Hellions.
“We are really, really excited for this tour,” says Northlane guitarist Josh Smith. “For one, I’m so excited that we’re out with some of our favourite bands and people. We will be going to some of the best places in the world and it’s also the first time we’re going to be able to share a full headline set with UK audiences whilst playing songs from ‘Node’. Definitely a recipe for a good time!”
‘Node’, the forthcoming album from Northlane is one of the most ambitious heavy records in recent years and will be their first with lead vocalist Marcus Bridge, who joined the fold in November. The monolithic lead single ‘Obelisk’ was also given the title of ‘Rockest Record’ on BBC Radio 1.
