MARSICANS are a young indie band from Leeds whose driving, harmony-laden sound and exciting live shows are earning them a reputation as an emerging force in British music. The four-piece released their debut single in 2015 and have worked relentlessly since.
2017 was the busiest year to date for MARSICANS. They signed to Lab Records and X-Ray Touring; their EP hit a million plays on Spotify; singles made the BBC Radio 1 playlist and were shared online by Coldplay; they played to packed rooms at Live at Leeds, Manchester’s Dot to Dot, Brighton’s Great Escape and to huge audiences at half a dozen UK Festivals including Leeds Festival. Then, last autumn, their incessant gigging schedule took them firstly to Europe for the debut album tour from Minnesota’s Hippo Campus, before joining forces with Clean Cut Kid and Jaws for tours around the UK. MARSICANS have now announced details of their biggest headline tour to date, as follows:

Their previous single, TOO GOOD – produced by Mickey Dale from Embrace – became the band’s most listened to release to date, having received national radio support from BBC Radio 1’s Huw Stephens and John Kennedy at Radio X; featuring on the Spotify New Music Friday playlists; the Indie List and Hot New Bands in the UK; and several other prominent playlists in the USA, Europe, Australia and Japan.
