Always exhilarating, always celebratory, tracks such as ‘Just The Way I’m Feeling’, ‘Buck Rogers’, ‘Feeling a Moment’ and ‘Lost & Found’ are just a handful of the twenty top 40 hit singles the band have enjoyed over their 21 year recording career, and ‘The Best of Feeder’ showcases just why the band are consistently one of the best British rock bands of the last two decades. “After the success of ‘All Bright Electric’ it felt like the perfect time to release a Best Of, to remind people of our story so far, and the music we have created over the years” said Grant.
FEEDER first shot to fame when their debut EP ‘Swim’ was released to huge critical acclaim in 1996. Since then, FEEDER have released nine studio albums, three compilations, 41 E.P.s and singles, spending a combined total of 181 weeks on the singles and albums charts. They’ve accumulated 25 top 75 singles, 20 of them in the Top 40, and amassed over 5 million record sales, including 3 Platinum and 2 Gold Albums. FEEDER have not just survived the last 21 years, they’ve flourished beyond compare.
Feeder have also just announced their 2018 UK Tour, the bands biggest for 10 years, proving their popularity is showing no signs of slowing down. The tour kicks off on March 7th in Bristol and ends in London at Brixton Academy on March 17th. The tour will see the band playing tracks from the new Best Of, spanning an impressive 21 years of releases, and FEEDER first played Brixton Academy in October 1999 with this being bands first time back there since their sold-out headline show 5 years ago.
