ADORE // REPEL have launched a new single and video, FRACTURES / IN TIME, their first new material since their debut album, EMPTY ORCHESTRA, which was released last year to a multitude of highly positive reviews. The new release follows another successful tour to Iceland in May and their rammed performance at the LONG DIVISION FESTIVAL in their home town of Wakefield in June, and is a further demonstration of their powerful and devastating, essentially instrumental sound.

The band have also been confirmed as main support to TOM HINGLEY at LEEDS BELGRAVE MUSIC HALL on FRIDAY 3 AUGUST before heading off for a full USA headline tour in September.
Not bad for a self-funded four-piece from Wakefield, West Yorkshire; a fiercely independent band with their own record label, their own studio – which they built themselves – their own record shop and coffee bar, who operate without a booking agent or manager, and embrace everything that has always been so healthy about the DIY ethic.
Many bands follow a similar path. The difference perhaps with ADORE // REPEL is that, without resorting to the machinations of the music industry, they have previously self-booked and played several full UK tours, along the way selling every bit of merchandise they took with them; performed three sell out tours in Iceland; played the Reading and Leeds Festivals; made the BBC Introducing Top Ten Sessions list; and self-released their debut album, EMPTY ORCHESTRA, to huge acclaim.
