In response to 2004’s Indian Ocean Tsunami crisis, Linkin Park set up the non-profit organization Music For Relief, which donates resources and supplies to those in need, helping heal the effects of natural disasters, and mitigating its impact by helping preserve the environment.
On November 14th 2015, Music For Relief will be celebrating their 10th Anniversary by ‘Relief Live’ at LA River Studios in Los Angeles, CA, which promises to be an unforgettable evening with inspired cuisine, open bar, and up close and personal performance from Linkin Park and other special guests. Steve Aoki will be honoured during the evening for his commitment to Humanitarian aid, including disaster relief, neuroscience research and animal rights.
Proceeds from ‘Relief Live’ will benefit Music for Relief’s disaster relief fund and clean/sustainable energy program Power the World.
