Lacey release New Single ‘Dream In A Little Less Colour’

Lacey are back with new material for the first time in three years! The Nottingham alt-rock / pop-rock four piece are so excited to share their new single with fans old and new.

Dream In A Little Less Colour is a hook filled, heartfelt anthem perfect for the turbulent times of 2022, and is available now on all digital platforms! The track has been co-written by the band and their good friend James Veck-Gildoi of UK rock royalty Deaf Havana.

Dream In A Little Less Colour is the first track to surface from Lacey’s upcoming second album, the details of which will be revealed in the coming weeks.

For more about Dream In A Little Less Colour, Lacey frontman Graz is on hand to tell all:

“Coming out of a fucking dark time in lockdown, we jumped in the studio with James to write something new, and before we knew it, within a day, we had the best song we’d ever written. Our new album is basically thematically dark content wrapped in a shiny colourful pop rock package, and this song definitely follows that thread. It’s about finding light where it seems like there isn’t any, and hoping for better days. Bit of an ask at the minute though isn’t it.”

With Dream In A Little Less Colour out for the world to enjoy, there are some chances to hear the song live in the flesh this week! Lacey are hitting the road for a sold out tour as support to UK rock favourites Young Guns, with State Of You also on board for the shows. The tour hits the following locations:
